Developing Entrepreneurs program - Scholarship Positions 2020 2021 MCCs Emerging Entrepreneurs program is financed by Finger Lakes WIRED, one of a few areas subsidized by the United States Department of Labor Workforce Innovation in Regional Economic Development (WIRED) Initiative.
